Review: I purchased a wheeled cart totaling $15.99 on January **, 2014 at a nearby vendor to my place of employment. When I returned home, I saw that the zipper was broken and that the store had sold me a defective productI went back in with the receipt and asked for either a refund, a credit, a new product or for the zipper to be fixed. I was rudely refused on all accounts by the gentleman that worked there, saying "this is how the store works"This is simply not right!Desired Settlement: I would also accept a replacement as well.
