Review: I. Kaykov Media has not produced the wedding video from October *, 2013 of Nerva Altino and [redacted]. The Altino's paid Roman Kaykov of Kaykov Media all of the money for his video services BEFORE their wedding day. After numerous attempts to have the completed wedding video given to the newlyweds, Kaykov Media has still not given them their wedding video. As of 12/**/13, the wedding video has not been received.II. Kaykov Media was paid to video record the Altino Brothers performance at the Lincoln Center in 2010. Kaykov Media was paid as workers for hire, and Kaykov Media does not own the rights to any video or Masters of DVDs or any footage captured. Roman Kaykov has refused to give us the files we have been requesting over and over again. As of 12/**/13, Roman has not responded in writing or via phone to our multiple requests for the digital files.Desired Settlement: 1. Delivery of all video footage from the wedding to the [redacted]s.2. Complete & edited wedding video delivered to the [redacted]s by January **, 2014.3. All footage & all Masters of the video recording by Kaykov Media from the Lincoln Center.4. The [redacted]'s to be given any video, any pictures, or anything, Kaykov Media has from events it has been paid to cover for the [redacted] Brothers, [redacted], his brother [redacted]&/or his wife [redacted]by 1/**/14.

Kaykov Media still has the master video files of my client's video from their performance at Lincoln Center. My client has yet to receive the master video files
