Kayak Halifax

In April 2019 I paid by e-transfer $750 to Halifax Kayak for a 2019 Riot Brittany 16' Sea Kayak they were going to use for the season then give to me on November 1st. I have an invoice from them and records of the money transfer to their company.
They did not give it to me and no longer are returning my emails or texts.

Kayak Halifax canceled my tour on June 25, 2019. They have yet to refund my money and are not replying to e-mails.

We booked a kayaking trip with this organization. Despite a beautiful day, I received an e mail stating that we could not go out in the water because of heat and high winds. I later received an e-mail to try to accommodate our party of 5 but on 2 different time bookings. I replied that unfortunately I would require a refund as we were leaving Nova Scotia. They sent me an e mail saying that I would
receive a cancellation notice (?) tomorrow. I have not received the e-mail. I went to their physical location to get my refund in person but there is no Kayak Halifax at that address at the waterfront. Contacted Harbourfront Management who told me they went out of business and have not been there for over a year. My transaction of $323.15 went through my *** despite not receiving the service.
