I paid a down payment of $to have my families pictures done by this company They gave me the date of November *** and that wad written on my ticket The wrong day of the week was circled on that same paper It was a receipt so I didn't even look at it untill they called me and said I missed my appointmentMy husband and I both scheduled off work early to have this done I sent this paper to this company and they said sorry we will issue a refund A hour later they blamed me for being irresponsible in missing my appointment and sayed no refund because they had a s circled which means the day of the weekWhich in turns means nothing I have proof of everything in this statement
