Cannot believe that your company has someone with 4 criminal battery charges him, as a property manager! He is rude, unprofessional, and is incredibly disrespectful to women. Such a disgrace.

Nearly all of the tenants in 88 units in appartments have ongoing complaints with site manager Brenda Smith%
.they fear retaliation and ongoing lies, misrepresentations have reduced the quality of life for tenants and left the vulnerable population of seniors, some in hospice, many using wheelchairs and walkers, without recourse of an aggressive uncontrolled dog named Midnight who bites other dogs including ,service & ESA animals; charges out of elevator attacking dogs, and attacks tenants. Ms.Smith continues to deny any complaints are made, yet many have done so. Marijuana and cigarettes are smoked in community areas and tenants patios & balconies. She is argumentative and narcissistic in mannerisms. She abuses her authority to intimidate others. She calls in her pet tenant spies to dig for information from tenants that complained to retaliate. I would reconsider any thought of moving to this mismanaged site. Kay Kay Properties is her employer and also fail to resolve issues, seemingly support her wrongful actions. No recourse is available to tenants except move out or sue.

I wanted to let you know that the lack of honesty, integrity and accountability by your property manager Bonnie is disgusting.
I recently became a case manager for a resident..who very honestly should be evicted and was. However, the property manager Bonnie lied and treated me along with the nurse horribly...all we wanted to do was get the members property and leave. The property manager single handedly lied and showed little respect for others and made leaving very difficult.
You as a business are only good as your weakest link.
You have a very bad link and should be disgusted by the lack of professionalism by your employees.

I rented an apartment at Mirabella in Phoenix on June 5 2021. In November they evicted me for breach of contract. My caregiver was at my apartment too much. I tried to add her to my lease, but that didn't work. I appealed the eviction and 3 days ago was informed that I lost and have to be out by July 5. I am probably g oing to be homeless. I suffer from many illnesses and have to use oxygen at night. I don't think having my caregiver there too much is grounds for eviction. I paid rent early and was a model resident. I hear many bad things about this company and believe they should held accountable for the stress they have and still are putting me through.

Apparently Timberstone Apartments, which is a Kay Kay realty Corp apartment complex is free from the governing laws of the USA and believes it has every right to DENY the tenants of the apartments mail delivery.
Every single tenant is having their mail refused by the current office staff. Their excuse has run the gambit from COVID fears, to mail packages are making the office messy, and now that they are Clearly not responsible for accepting resident packages during a national crisis. Notes are posted on the office door and now the mail boxes, stating residents must claim all responsibility and make arrangements for different delivery services or delivery options with the USPS.
Our local Show Low, AZ post office is now declaring legally that they have NO ACCESS to the delivery location! Locker boxes for large packages are broken and the office doors are locked to postal workers and half the time to residents. You must KNOCK to get inside, as a resident.
The post office WILL NOT do a door to door delivery to apartment doors, as they are currently over burdened and it takes a very long process with the OFFICE STAFF to measure footsteps to every door and filling out of the proper paperwork. Guess what, this office staff will not comply. Let alone it is easier to have your mail stolen when left at an apartment door, rather than inside the safety of a massive, unused office space. Yes, Timberstone has plenty of unused space in its office.

Until very recently our mail packages were being accepted and this was before this Covid disaster hit the world. No complaints, we would sign for our mail and go our merry way.

I do not know where Lena is at, but this office team you have now are clearly anti-citizen, anti USA and do not deserve to live in this country.

There are a group of us residents gathering and forming a list of complaints and if this will be a fruitful lawsuit...
