Review: Over a year ago (Jan 2012), Mr. [redacted] was to help my husband and I with a loan modification. During this entire ordeal, I've been the one after Mr. [redacted] for updates. Initially he did respond (stated what I wanted to hear, in my opinion) however as of today 6/10/13, we have not heard from Mr. [redacted] since April 3,2013. He has not responded to my texts, emails, or letter. I have requested an honest response, whether he will be able to help or not and if not so we can research another avenue and thus far, he has been ignoring my requests and breaching what he states on his contract!Desired Settlement: We gave him $995 deposit. We would like our deposit returned.
