discrepancy until the letter from the Revdex.com. We would be more then happy to credit back the credit card if the guest was in fact overcharged. All that is needed is the check # so that we can pull up the charge for the day. We would also like clarification of the statement in the complaint in regards to this being the second time. Is this in regards to us or in general? We are not in the habit of overcharging or theft from any guests. Thank you for your time Katz’s Express

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I have the receipt - I sent a copy to the Revdex.com along with my complaint. However, I have already canceled the debit card that was used and I have no intention of providing a new card number to a business in which I have had a problem of this sort. It is not the amount that I was upset about. It was the action itself. The owner may not be in the habit of changing the amount on the credit cards but someone who works there is.
