I received a free offer on internet 10/11 Purchase and handling charges ONLY for tooth whitening kit there was some fine print I did not see On Oct 27 *** Bank fraud dept notified me I was being charged $ll4.22 and $ll8.24 by KATZENB I called that day and spoke to Albert *** He said I was not eligibile for cancellation or refund because I had missed the deadline of 2 weeks after purchase. I called Nicole of fraud section of *** that day She advised me to wait and all back because my efforts might bear fruit. I received my statement on Nov. 1 The charges for shipment were there and appropriate. I called Barclays on Oct. 31 and was told computers were down; call back in 2 days I called Barclays again today and spoke to Latassa. Latassa said the two charges were still there and listed as recurring. Latassa tried to call KATZENB and after a 45 min wait was told to put message on tape due to heavy call volume. Altogether I have spent over 6 hours on phone about this. I want charges dropped except for shipping and handling. I want to cancel any agreement I made in error on my part. I want the charges dropped, except for shipping and handling. I offered Albert that I would send the product back unopened, but he refused. I still offer to send it back to get a full refund except for shipping and handling.
