The complainant [redacted] came in to our Kiosk on May 28, throwing the necklace at me and making a scene at our place of businessShe told me that the necklace was not SilverThe necklace in fact is Silver per cent which is the standard for SilverI have had my business for thirteen (13) years and have never had a complaint on the quality of my jewelryWe have a policy that is on the receipt that we will be glad to change the particular item with anything else in the storeWe were prepared to do so and she became abusive and made a scene in front of our other customersNaturally we tried to appease her but she refused and was belligerentShe insisted that the necklace had an allergic reaction to her skinWe had no reason to believe that this necklace caused the allergic reaction or if she was allergic to silverShe kept the necklace for two weeks and did not advise us about this until that day and again she was so belligerent that she would not be reasonableAgain we would be more than happy to have her exchange for another item in the storeOur policy states that if you decide that is not the item you are happy with than you have thirty days to exchange for another item in our storeEnclosed please find a copy of our receipts that we give our customers
