purchased a used vehichle in June of 2019. The engine was bad when they sold it and they knew it. I took the vehicle back five times in that same month , they kept telling me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and would not let me take to the service department every time I came they kept telling me to bring it up front. it was leaking coolant into the piston cylinder, but kept telling me it was nothing. In November of 2019 the engine went out because of this.

Went to purchase a car for a relative and was denied due to they would not let me purchase a car as a third party. Then the dealer ran my credit for 2 weeks after to different banks when they 1st said they would not let me buy for a third party. ***. Then why did they pull my credit 3 & 4 times after they said they would not let me buy for a third party. Now this has lowered my credit score substantially when they denied for third party. They need to clear this up with my credit bureau.

Janet ***, Finance Director, and I called Richard *** on Tuesday, November 28 to discuss his complaint. We submitted his application to lenders on 10/21/2017 and 10/23/2017 for the purchase of a vehicle they agreed to buy. Richard *** explained he received response letters from the lenders over a period of time causing him concern.

We explained that we submitted a joint application with him and with his ex-wife to lenders on 10/21 for the purchase of a vehicle. On 10/23, at the customer’s request, we submitted Richard *** as the sole buyer with the intent of the vehicle being for his daughter. We told the customer that we must disclose to the lenders that the vehicle would be for the daughter. We explained the letters were in response to his applications and timing varies with each lender.

We also explained we cannot remove the inquiries into his credit and apologized for his concerns.

Richard *** stated that he understood.

I bought a honda accord 2010 LX on March 2017. The dealership refused to give me the license plate until August,2017. I paid off the car on August, 2017 and got the letter of paid off. However, the DMV can not give me the title because the dealership still hold the title and hasn't sent it to the finance service. Following the Texas law, dealer has 20-working days to register.
