The website offers different styles and sizes of shirts with the design you choose. I picked a women's fit and they mailed me a men's fit. Plus, I was charge a few dollars more than what my order stated. I had two different charges to my bank account. I contact support and never received a response. DO NOT ORDER from this site, you will not be happy.

I placed an order and nothing was shipped but they collected payment. I have tried to contact them via phone and email to no avail.

Requested a cancellation/refund for my order, no response from customer service through phone or email.
On February 1st, I purchased a tee shirt from katteestore.com which totaled $25.90 including shipping (order *** After reading their return policy on their website it stated under a categorie titled "Cancellations" that I could cancel the order of the item hasn't shipped with a refund of my money if I sent an email requesting so. February 2 I sent this email (a response to my invoice because it had the same email as listed on their website and it would make it easier for them to see order # and have my details). I received no response in 48 hours. I sent a second email on February 4 stating that it had been over 48 hours and I had received no response and that I wanted to cancel my order. 24 hours later and there was still no response. So I sent my final email on February 5 stating that I demand a refund and cancellation of my order and that their customer service was not great. I tried calling the number listed on their website and it seems to not be a working number. Today (February 7) I looked up their address listed on their website and it comes up as a Pizza shop in *** I then looked up their address for their warehouse in *** and it comes up as a single family home. Their warehouse address actually pulled up a Revdex.com report for another company that was falsely claiming that the same address was theirs but they actually operated out of
