Review: The company advertises themselves as a taxi company. They picked me up from armonk New York in a black unmarked car. I asked if they were Katonah Taxi and they said yes. They charged me $60.00 to go from Armonk to White Plains-normally a $30.00 cab ride. When they gave me the receipt they list themselves as Katonah Taxi and [redacted]. This is misleading in that I was not calling for a car service, but I was calling for a taxi, and I was charged the usurious rate of the car service.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of at least $30.00 since I feel I was mislead and charged double what the rate should have been.
