Review: I registered for an adult art class (drawing) on January [redacted] ("Insights into Drawing") for 9 weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each, to be held on Monday evenings. KAC processed my registration fee on January [redacted], the same day this class was to begin. Yet later that very same day they left me a voice mail message advising that this class was not being held that evening and instead was "on hold". They knew this course was not going forward on January [redacted] (apparently due to low enrollment) but still took my money. Since that date, no rescheduled date has been given for class commencement during the Winter Session, which is effectively a cancellation, not a "postponement". The only alternative offered was a painting class (different medium) on Friday mornings. As I explained, I work full-time in NYC and can only take classes during evenings/weekends. I paid for something that is not being delivered, and they were fully aware of this but still took my money, which is a deceptive business practice. I contacted them on January [redacted] and [redacted], simply requesting a refund, and still have no resolution.Desired Settlement: $396 (full cost of class registration already paid).
