Review: I hired this photographer to do our wedding photos 2 1/2 years ago and still have not received my album. The business owner, [redacted], has stopped returning phone calls or written communication with us 6 months ago. She refuses to do the album and is holding our pictures with refusal to give them to us despite the fact that we paid her in full for the photo shoot on the day of our wedding.Desired Settlement: We would like the album completed or the photos from our wedding handed over to us so we can take them somewhere else to be finished.
