In fact, katespade.com does have a Shipping Rules and Restrictions (see https://www.katespade.com/katespade-customer-care-shipping/katespade-shipping-ru... and they declare that they "do not condone the use of these services, and any further orders are subject to cancellation without notice." in their own words. However, they know I used a third-party shipping address in my order, but they just ignored it, took my money and shipped it.
Unfortunately, when my shipping service received the package, there was no watch but a ring. Finally, let's make it simple:
1. Katespade.com declared it was a "rare occasion", why the weight didn't match? Is it a joke from the UPS?
2. Katespade.com has its "Shipping Rules and Restrictions ", How can they just ignore it?
3. Katespade.com ce slandered against my third-party shipping service, but they refuse to apologize.
It's the first and last time that I shop at katespade.com, I hope customers should think twice before taking an order with such irresponsible service.

Review: I purchased 3 items on Sept.7, 2014 with a total value of $1,286.84. I paid by check. The return policy for check payments states that you can only return the item after 10 days from date of purchase so I returned the item on Sept 25. Their policy states, check payments will be refunded via a corporate check within 2-3 weeks. It has been 3 weeks and 5 days and I have not received any check from the merchant. I called the store on Oct. 16, spoke to Avery and she told me she was going to call corporate and check on the status of the check and was going to call me back within 10 mins. I waited 45 mins and Avery never called me back. I called back and spoke to Jasmine. I was informed that Avery stepped out without returning my calls as promised. Jasmine called Avery and was told that she was going to file a complaint with corporate. This is unacceptable. They have inconvenienced me enough, I followed their rules for return and they breached their contract of refunding my money. Kate Spade has earned on the float of my funds, have sold the items and earned as well from the sale and I still have not been refunded. I told them I needed the cash and would pick it up yesterday, they said they were going to speak to the store manager and call me back. They never called. I called today and Jasmine again said, that she spoke to Alice and she was going to call me. STrange that they have a habit of telling their customers they will get called back and then never hear from them. I informed Jasmine I was going to get the check tomorrow from the store. It's ridiculous for any merchant to take this long in refunding a customer's payment. They have inconvenienced me, threw my budget out off and can't even give me an answer off the bat. Very unprofessional considering they are a high end boutique. I need my cash/check back.Desired Settlement: I need an immediate refund in cash within the next 3 days. PLus the cost of driving to the store and picking up my check because they breached their contract.
