Back in December we had won $100.00 in gift certificates from them in a raffle. Due to the fact that there are no local stores I went on line to order. I contacted the store and asked how to go about using the certificates and was told to use my debit/credit card and to send the certificates to them. Once received the order amount would be credited back to my account. The certificates did expire on 12/20 and when I called I was told as long as they were post marked by that expiration date they would be honored. I verified with the post office to ensure they would be postmarked on or before the 20th. They were sent on 12/18. I have tried contacting the company four times and have received no response.please look into this matter so I may possibly receive my money back.
