Kason Interior Systems

This company installed my floor in June 2019 and it has started to lift as of May 2020. I reached out to have it fixed and he sent a guy out to start the repair but the individual left stating the whole floor needs to be be taken out and reinstalled so he left the floor and damaged it even worse. This was back in August hasn't been back since and is dodging all my phone calls and texts. I even filed a complaint with the floor manufacturing company and after there research it was found that the reason the floor is coming up is because of installation error. I paid $4300 for the product and installation. The contractor is neglecting any responsibility and I need help. I have pictures, texts, phone calls, and the document from the floor manufacturing company if needed.
