I had John help me. He is an expert in his field and was very kind in explaining all the new technology to me. I am 82 years old so I need help with all this new technology. I can honestly rate john very highly and recommend him to everyone interested in learning about their computer , telephone, and other devices.

Kashtra Technologies refused to provide the services that I had contracted them to do without additional costs above the contracted amount.
On 8/21/19 I signed a contract with Kashtra Technologies LLC to service my computer for 4 years for $710.00. On 6/2/20, I called them requesting that they service my computer, which they did. On 6/6/20, my computer was infected with a virus. I called them on 6/7/20 to request that they clean and remove the virus; however, they refused to do it unless I paid over $1100.00 additional money for their "extra" services, such as insurance. I stated that I had a contract with them to periodically clean my computer and refused to pay any additional money to them. We ended the call and I subsequently took the computer elsewhere to be cleaned.
Since Kashtra Technologies LLC refused to clean my computer and I had to take it elsewhere for service, I would like to be reimbursed $532.50, the amount remaining on my contract. They are predatory and did not abide to the terms of the signed contract.
I want my money back for the remaining 3 years of the contract.They refused to provide the service when I needed it and I want no further contact with them.

I disagree. If you look at your case logs, you will see that you refused to fix the problem unless I paid additional money. When the call was discontinued, you had not fixed the problem. I would have no idea whether you fixed the problem later because we never spoke again. And, it is my understanding that you were not to go into my computer without my verbal consent over the phone at the time you did it. Therefore, either you went in and fixed the problem without my verbal consent or you never fixed the problem at all. Either way, you broke the terms of the contract!
You've lost my trust and broke the contract, so I want a refund of $532.50, which represents the remaining 3 years of the contract. Anything else is not acceptable.

If we did not fix your computer then how you were doing your zoom meeting with your friends or family members that days , even you asked about zoom and we said yes you can do online zoom meeting but Do not click on any random advertisements which makes unwanted , irrelevant request to download any software or watch any videos then you said ok I will do only zoom meeting and you told us the time also about 8.30 PM zoom meeting and we said yes you can do it .
We fixed the computer that time then only we disconnect the session and after that you started using your computer and this incident was happened in the month of June First week and after a month you are reporting this ..it means somebody else trying to convince you to do that on Revdex.com to ask moneyback which you paid last year 2019 and after 1 year you were asking for this.
Even though within 1 year you did not face any problem and this time you were watching pornographic that is why you called us , we never call you in first attempt, you called us and report about the pornographic error and problem and we fixed it , if we did not fix it , you immediately report about us on Revdex.com but not after 1 month .
You suppose to call us everytime for fixation but you did not call us within 1 month after that pornographic problem, because we fixed the issue that's why you did not call us.

I foolishly paid this company to fix my computer in October 2019 supposedly for life...$1300 +$200 in April2020.
Got scammed May 15, 2020 as said they were going out of business and refunding my money. Going to put 3 payments in my checking acc. I saw where a 3000 payment went into my checking acc..oops!!! Should have only been $300....you have to go right away to get gift cards at *** for the over payment of $1500...I just wanted to take out of my account as I didn't want their money...NO NO get gift cards but don't tell anyone, they will think you are laundering money...now I'm panicked an quite upset.
Long story short, checked my checking account, never a $3000 deposit made and the 3 $500 *** money cards were cashed out immediately.
I reported to police, *** Fraud, and Revdex.com.

We called you regarding this but you never answered our call , we sent you number of emails to call for monthly routine check up but you did not respond we always email you which contain all the informations but you never respond , and I dont know to whom you have spoken in a month of may 2020 because you only called us once in last year 2019 oct, now if you got scammed with random people once your money got deducted and scammed you , so what you just did you just simply blame the company and complain about company, WHY YOU DID NOT CALL US THAT TIME TO CONFIRM ANYTHING WHEN WE ALWAYS TELL OUR CUSTOMER ABOUT THIS SCAM GOING ON IN THE MARKET, YOU DID NOT EVEN CALL US TO ASK WHETHER WE ARE WORKING OR NOT, WE ALWAYS SAID WE NEVER CALLBACK OUR CUSTOMER FROM OUR TOLL FREE NUMBER YOU DONT EVEN CALLED US ON OUR TOLL FREE AND YOU RESPONDED ANY RANDOM PERSON AND GOT SCAMMED THEN BLAME COMPANY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING IN YOUR PERSONAL LIFE WE DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO KNOW ABOUT IT....YOU SHOULD NOTICE THE EMAIL ADDRESS , TOLL FREE NUMBER, COMPANY NAME.
AND ITS A COMMON THING IF COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS OR SHUTTING DOWN THEN WHY COMPANY ASKING FOR MONEY .
