Kartar Construction

Review: Kartar construction did a concrete job for me which included the front, sideyard, and the side walk in the summer of 2013. It's now 6 months later and the concrete is chipping off like dry skin. The complete top layer is chipping of the entire area. This job was supervised by [redacted]. I call him on 2/**/14 and told him what's happening. He said he would come on the Saturday to evaluate the matter. He did not show up and now he's not answering the phone. I tried contacting him at least 15 times by phone. I left nomourse phone message and he never returny calls. Please I need help. I paid $5, 500 & the job and service is really unaccepitable.Desired Settlement: I trully just want my concrete to be redone or I would like a refund so thst I csn have someone else do a better job.
