Review: I ordered this companies internet service about 2 weeks ago under the guise of it being $50/month for total unlimited service, now today I wake up to a email saying without any warning my service is changing to a limited 15 gigs per month and slowed down to a crawl for anything above that I feel this was a purely deceptive advertisement to entice people into buying their services to only change things on the back end to draw more moneyDesired Settlement: what I want is 2 fold, I want a phone call from the ceo personally explaing his actions and personally apologizing for them, then I either want my services restored to what it was advertised as and what I expected when I purchased it or I want a full and complete return of all monies paid for both product and services, plus something for my emence disapointment, anger and fustration
