I called up [redacted]s Technology to have my computer repaired. When I talked to the person on the phone, he told me it would be a minimum of $40.00 to have it looked at, and $120.00 to fix the problem, I agreed to these terms. When [redacted] came to my house to fix my computer he said it was good news, he could fix it, so I told him to do so. I told him exactly what I needed because it was my wifes computer. After awhile, and him taking numerous phone calls and text messages, he said it was fixed. He ended up charging me $250.00 which I definately was not expecting, I expected $120.00 maximum. The computer was almost 4 years old and only paid $350.00 for it at the time, I would of never had it done if I knew it would have been so much in the first place. Anyways, I paid him with no arguement. When my wife got home later that evening, she told me it was still doing the same thing, she could not play her games, or could not get onto the internet correctly. We called [redacted] back and explained the problem, he did not bother to show back up, but he said he could fix the problem remotely. Well a month and a half later we paid $250.00 for nothing. The computer is still not fixed, and I can't get in touch with them. They told me they would refund my money, but now they will not even return my phone calls. I have left at least 10 messages on their answering service. The man claims to be a Christian, I hope not all Christians act like him. He is a fraud and a con man.
