On October 6, 2012 this company processed a fraudulent online and was made aware of it the same day by my bank (NC State Employee's Credit Union) and myself via conference call. Based on the conference call conversation,my bank deleted the authorization and released the funds back into my account. However, the company didn't and $110 was deducted from my bank account on 10/09/2012. I've never heard of this company, never purchased anything from them, and would like a full refund. I cancelled my debit card and ordered another one October 8, 2012 as suggested by the bank representative. The number listed on their Facebook page and the debit on my [redacted] but no one answers as I made several calls today to resolve this issue. I've already filed a dispute charge with my bank. If you could assist me with this matter, I'd greatly appreciate it.
