I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I do not agree with the response on my matter, I as well have the Facebook messages & also messages speaking with my cousin as well in regards to the situationYes I paid $for the services but I had tipped $not $20, second I was not told that she would correct the problem completely she did offer to try and fix my roots but had told me that she would not be able to foil my hair completely again but that she would do a couple on the top but then in the response I received on Facebook apparently had changed her mind on that because she said my hair would not hold color so there was nothing she could do about thatI feel like there are a lot of indescrepencies on what is now being said in regards to what has happened, I was not told my hair was not going to hold any color, I did not lie & refuse to disclose information on what I had used on my hair because I would not want to waste the stylists time or my time after all the money I spend on my hair, I was never told she would fully fix my hairAt this point I am highly upset that not only did I spend hours at the salon to leave looking the same that I came in as but now I am being called a liarAfter my appointment she said she wasn't sure why my hair did not hold color & why my roots had turned out orange but did say that maybe my hair was too damaged to hold color, I am not a hair stylist but I do know my own hair & know that my hair has never rejected color completely & also if my hair at the start was so damaged why would she put bleach in my hair & leave it on for over an hour when it's already pretty blondeYes I was upset with her response to the situation so I did get a second opinion & then also had her fix my hair because the new stylist told me that yes your hair may be damaged & may not hold the color for very long but would not completely reject the color if the proper steps were taken in the beginningI have before and after pictures for both of visitsFirst I was told maybe your hair doesn't hold color but then when I went & had it fixed and proved that to be incorrect was told that the olaplex helped my hair hold colorI went in with clean roots & left with orange roots which the new stylist couldn't even fix herself when she had triedOverall I was not offered a full correction & had to pay again to have it fixed, if anything at this point I have spent $& still left with hair that I am not completely satisfied with but have chose to accept & if anything would at least respect if I could have the $I paid to have it fixed back because if I would of been offered a complete correction or at least some acknowledgment that the stylist may not have done what needed to be done to actually color my hair we wouldn't even be here, all I feel from this company is the blame being placed on me & as a customer that doesn't feel very good.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

I am the owner of Kare-N-Style. I opened my business one
year ago in March. I have been a stylist for over 15 years. I hired my stylist
when I opened my salon. I have been very impressed with her skills as a
stylist. She is very competent as a colorist. As for the complaint, I was very
surprised...
because she had never talked to me. I am taking this matter very
seriously. But if there was a problem at the time of her service or even after,
I am confused as to why the complainant would not have said anything to me
personally. She did however; make a complaint through messenger on our Facebook
page. Where you can clearly read where my stylist was very accommodating and
had reminded her of her appointment to try to get her with a color that she would
be pleased with. And as it clearly states she went to another salon to re-do
her hair before her scheduled appointment with my stylist. Had she had not gone
to the other place, and came to my stylist to re-do her hair, I feel she could
have achieved her goal. And there would be no longer a need for a complaint.
Now we will never know. I am unsure now how there can even be a complaint.
Because it clearly states in the reply my stylist has written that this matter
would have been avoided if my stylist would have been informed correctly what
she had deposited on her hair. And if she would have kept her appointment my
stylist made with her. If this
matter needs to go further, we have copies of the conversation between my
stylist and the complainant that I would gladly provide for you. Although, her
name is shown on the copies, so please let me know if you feel you need the
copies. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter. I hope this
issue can be resolved soon. Any questions or concerns please feel free to call
me at ###-###-####.
