*** *** was an unsecured creditor against an Estate that is being managed by our Firm. We have never spoken to him, although he stopped by our office to give us a bill. He also has left several messages. There are in excess of creditors in this Estate. Our Firm acts
on behalf of the best interest of the Estate. If we had direct contact with all of these secured and unsecured creditors, it could cost the Estate significant amounts of money. Hopefully, *** *** understands his status as an unsecured creditor. If we get the necessary funds for payment, we would certainly reimburse him. I hope *** *** can understand the complexity of individual contact with so many creditors. It is to the detriment of the creditors because it reduces the monies available for them to receive.Kevin *H***, Esq
