Mr [redacted] purchased a sword from us that was not as described on our website The manufacture had changed the design slightly and we failed to notice After reviewing Mr [redacted] 's complaint and the sword in question we determined that he had actually received something different than what he had ordered I sent Mr [redacted] an email offering to waive all associated fee's with returning an item, but the communication was misinterpreted, and this issue escalated I spoke with Mr [redacted] over the phone and we decided that the best resolution would be for him to keep the sword, avoiding the hassle of sending it back to us and we would refund his entire purchase price including shipping with our apologies Mr [redacted] was issued a full refund of $on 2-25-
