Dear Revdex.com,We would like to apologize to the customer for not being fully satisfied with their wash. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the customer a refund. He purchased a hand wax and we completed the hand wax. The customer stated that he did not have a issue with the hand wax but with the cleaning of...

the interior. Our hand wax comes with a vacuum and cleaning of the windows. We do not do any detailing on the interior of a car with the hand wax, that is a extra service. If the customer is not satisfied with the vacuum, he can come back any time and we will re vacuum the car.
