The *** Group was paid $1000.00 on 8/24/2018 and $7670.00 on 8/16.2018 for the purchase of a VW EOS from *** Auction on August 22nd 2018. A winning bid was accepted of 8k. I have bank deposit slips, BOA acct numbers and documents to substantiate this claim. Adrian & Miles *** handles the sale and subsequent arbitration meetings that were required for this car due to an oil pressure light that came on when Adrian was leaving the *** property. I was told the VW EOS would go to *** for a post-sale inspection and I would get an update. On Sept 24th when I had not taken possession of the car or received a full refund, Adrian *** ceased communicating about the refund. The *** Group, Used Car Factory, Adrian *** & Miles *** have engaged dishonest & illegal business practices. They both, did not deliver a car or refund my total investment.
