Kapella was great to work with throughout this process. The initial evaluation was painless and quick. They weren't pushy at any time throughout the process. The roof repair was excellent and Kapella helped us work through some issues with our insurance company long after the work had been completed. If I had any recommendation it would be to better explain things to the customer, as any "issues" I perceived were merely miscommunication and confusion on my part about how things worked.
