After purchasing a spay/neuter certificate, I called Kapalama Pet Hospital(as they are listed as a participating vet on the Hawaiian Humane Society's website)I was put on hold for approximately ten minutesI hung up and called back When I informed the woman who answered that I was previously put on hold for ten minutes she stated," I put you on hold because I have three customers in front of me so you have to just wait." I responded that I could understand that but she could have come back on the phone and stated this and offered to take my contact infoAt which point she hung up on meI again called back to ask for a manager and she said she didn't have to give me a name ,that I would have to leave my nameShe then went on to tell me," do you want to speak to a customer in front of me?" This staff member was extremely rude and hostileA simple apology would have gone a long wayShe needs some customer training ASAPIf this is indicative behavior I would never entrust them with my pet
