OMG! This is the worst customer experience ever. Kaoir Fitness customer service is negative 10, yes, I said negative 10. I purchased a waist eraser in October and it is more than 30 days and counting, I have neither recieve a tracking number nor my item. I've reached out to the company and all I get is bogus email, no response as to when I expect to receive my purchase. There is no customer service number to reach. Primary contact is email which the company response to after every four days if you are at best of luck. If you intended to make a purchase from this company I suggest you run with your money.

This was the WORST experience ever. It took over 30 days to receive this crapy waist trainer and Kaoir Fitness told me this was the address I gave and REFUSED to look into this. The USPS somehow forwarded my package somewhere else and admitted fault. Kaior still refused to help and told me it was not their fault however; this was the only shipping method. STAY AWAY!

Purchase Waist eraser from Ka 'Oir. 3 months in, and the product is coming apart and the Velcro is very cheap. Could have purchased a better product on Amazon for $15
