I had my boyfriends vehicle towed from Linesville, PA to Kantz's Hometown Auto in Cochranton, PA on August 8, I had called Kantz's prior to the vehicle being towed to make sure they were able to make the alignment on the type of vehicle, being that it has aftermarket tires and a leveling kitI was told they could make the necessary repairs so I called and had the vehicle towedThey called later the same afternoon and stated that the vehicle was ready and we could pick it up at any timeMike Kantz, the owner, stated that the steering wheel was crooked but it would straighten itself out when we drove itThe mechanic, Kyle, was also there explaining that when he test drove it down the road the truck was driving straightThe shop was already closed when we picked up the vehicle, but because of our work schedule Mike was nice enough to wait an extra 10-minutes to stay open so we could pick up the truckWhen we left, my boyfriend noticed that the truck was not driving straight
