This company is amazing, unlike the negative reviews. The extra charge? Shipping. Or possibly your ambassador offered you a 50$ gift card and didn't apply it. Automatic shipments? You can literally cancel those on your own... use the ID and password provided in your introductory email. They have a LIVE chat on business days.... I've never had an issue contacting them. And if I'm upset? They resolve the issue and send me a free product... which by the way, the products are amazing. The company itself is only about 3 years old so obviously there are going to be some kinks and not everything is going to work seamlessly. I love Kannaway and I purchase from them at least once a month and have been for about a year now. Myself and roughly 8 or 9 people I know.

I have returned the product but can not get my refund. I have called and no one will call or contact me back. Their was a 30 day money back guarantee if you did not like the product. I have the tracking number when it was returned on Friday November 17th, 2017.

First time I got an order in for $152.99 I was charged an extra $105. After several emails, text messages with the ambassador who placed the order for me, and a couple phone calls, the extra charge was reversed. After that, and me being clear through all channels mentioned (email, text and phone) that I wished to cancel automatic shipment, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, totaling THREE MONTHS NOW, Kannaway is charging me $152.99 a month, and I had to waste my time trying to get my money back. Last month my bank declined their charge, by seeing the pattern of charge>refund, then blocked my card due to suspicious activity, until I called the bank to unblock it. I have decided to spend a little extra time now to file this complaint here because a day ago I just noticed another charge by Kannaway.
