I called to get a quote on having a key duplicatedI gave the salesperson the exact make and model of my vehicle and she said the price would start at $When the locksmith arrived he immediately said the cost would be $HE said the salesperson should have known how much it would cost and that the same issue had happened twice that dayI could not pay that price and he then proceeded to tell me I owed him $for coming out
When I called back to ask the salesperson why she was so misleading she told me that why they said "starting at $95." I told her that the locksmith had the same information I gave her and he knew how much it was immediatelyWhen I told her I was issuing a complaint she said, "Good luck with that."
This company has dishonest and misleading sales associates answering the phone and the business is "shady."
