The new owner of this RV storage facility is a complete power control, unprofessional, hateful person. I have had an RV stored (through the former owner) stored for months. The new owner confronted me and my young girls in the car saying we were "malicious" and lied when I called police because of his angry behavior. He was seriously going way out of control for no reason. All we did was pull a blanket and my daughter's pillow from MY camper from a last camping outing we had. I am not sure to this day why he blew a gasket on us but he said we were speeding in the facility. Speed limit was 5mph and there are SO MANY pot holes in the roads that no one could speed. Regardless, he went out of emotional control and tried intimidating me as a female and my young daughters in the car. Had some security dog in his car to try and scare us. Took the police and my boyfriend all together to get this guy under control. Police said they have "dealt which this guy before". Crazy situation beyond words. This guy does not belong as a business owner in Loveland.. PLEASE do not patron Kangaroo RV Storage. We plan to pursue this complaint with all avenues to warn people.
