I spoke with Ms [redacted] about the incident that occurred, we spoke about our policy on checking all bills greater than $either with a pen or by light Ms [redacted] was apologized too and the CSR was spoken to
We were unaware of the issue addressed, on this day the fuel price sign had broken and the store was unable to change the price, once management was notified of the issue with the price sign, we had our fuels department lower the fuel price to match the price that the price sign was stuck
on. Please have Mr*** come by the store so that we can refund him the difference in the fuel prices. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused Mr***. Please give him my phone number and I will correct the issue personally.

After talking with the customer we have resolved the situation. The company will be sending out [redacted] to check calibration on the pumps. Our tech will be on site to replace old nozzles and check card readers. The customer was pleased and I thanked him for his business.
