Review: On April 6 2016 I purchased gas at this store in understanding that I was using my Plenti Awards card plus my additional debit card if needed for funds. The Plenti card is an award program that people earn to use for gas or certain merchants on merchandise. Anyways Plenti points were not deducted from my account and instead it was deducted from my debit card chancing an overdraft. Well this morning I went to the E-Z Stop/Exxon at [redacted] of [redacted] and noticed the same thing was about to happen so I went inside and asked if the Plenti program was working and the attendant said no that he didn't know why. I can answer that question quite easily, it's because whomever owns these stores has the Plenti program OFFLINE and I know this because my receipt says so.
Why are these people allowed to even do this, this is not right for people whom are entitled to use their gas points. These owners act if they are losing money whereas they get reimbursed. Now I went to [redacted] this morning and stopped and got my gas at an Exxon and used my Plenti points without a problem. I want these people in the [redacted] area to be stopped of this illegal action. Their stores hav the Plenti signs up so we the consumer should be able to use our points without problems, if my bank defaults then I'll seek a lawyer!!!Desired Settlement: I just want these stores to get on the ball and follow through with the advertised Plenti program, they are a participating store and need to keep the PLENTI PROGRAM ONLINE regardless if they feel they are losing money or not!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
