I called Josh Downie because our roof looked bad. Josh looked at the roof and said I had hail damage. After Farmers Insurance evauated the roof, they agreed to replace it. I then called Josh Downie and said I would like to proceed.
Josh is very professional, easy to talk to (not high pressure), and is eager to please the homeowner's concerns.
The workers are also to be commended, came before 7 am, stayed till the job was completed (left after 7 PM). Very thorough.
