First when he came ,he said he bought the phone and need to fix the lcd for $and he bought a new sim card with service monthly $and $Sim card He wanted to unlonck the phone and did not
have enought money to unlock it,therefore I suggested him not to unlock it and buy a compatible sim card which he did.And later one he came to say my phone is not working ,when I looked at it on line it is said the is reported lost or stolen and is blocked by the carrier ,and I told him to go to whoever sold him the phone and call the company to unblock itThat's all I did ,my sim card and my repair is done properly and I don't owe him nothing
Review: My seventeen year old son found a broken phone, and went to kane's store to repair the screen in which he charged one hundred and gorty dollars to repair the screen and additional sixty dollars to turn the phone on. Kane told my son it was no need to unlock the phone when he knew that the phone had been blocked.... He did not give my son a reciept and took advantage of a seventeen year old. When I called he was unbothered. He stated to do whatever I wanted to when I told him I would be pursing this legally.Desired Settlement: I would like for my soon to either receive a refund or a phone compare to the one his has.

He wanted to unlonck the phone and did not have enought money to unlock it,therefore I suggested him not to unlock it and buy a compatible sim card which he did.And later one he came to say my phone is not working ,when I looked at it on line it is said the is reported lost or stolen and is blocked by the carrier ,and I told him to go to whoever sold him the phone and call the company to unblock it. That's all I did ,my sim card and my repair is done properly and I don't owe him nothing.
