I am a disabled senior citizen, I saw MrKane's advertisement for financial adviceI wanted to save money for retirement and he suggested a company What he said to me was in case of emergency, I could get my money back without penaltyI felt safe and expected no emergency, then came Irma, I lost my home and needed my money to replace it-THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY! I was told this did not qualify! He said, I should have read the policy however it is pages of language that unless you are a lawyer or financial adviser, it is very difficult to understand, that is why I went to a adviser! He then said it was not his job to inform me of what this company considered an emergency such as hurricanes! I said, it was his job as my adviser to inform me of this! He then said most of his client's are wealthyI will lose 10% of my money if I withdraw early! This SHOULD NOT happen to anyone else!
