These people are incompetentGood luck trying to get your medical claims processed on a timely basisI have been trying to get a IU Health medical claim paid from 1/months ago and the claim is no further along than it was the first day [redacted] *** at the [redacted] billing office doesn't return your calls and says they have "Millions of dollars of other claims to process" and my claim might not get resolved till sometime next year!! They have a letter from my insurance company from weeks ago that hasn't been answered yet
