TimeAt the time we were selling the Gift certificates at half the dollar amountIf the customer wanted to purchase say a gift certificate they only paid half the amount, $WE sold hundreds of these Double Value Gift Certificates two years agoThis is the only complaint we have received for the sale of said Gift certificate.The Double value coupons did say Double Value Coupons on themWe know can see that there may have been a problem with the wording for someone who did not receive them from the original purchaser as a giftMr *** had been re gifted the Two Year Old Gift Certificate from the original Gift RecipientWe have talked to the original Purchaser and they clearly informed the original recipient of the terms of the Double value coupon at the timeAs we see the current confusion with the complaint is that the new recipient of the gift certificate was not told how it workedNo where on the gift certificate does it say the now becomes WE understand the confusion that Me *** may have had, and have apologized for the embarasment and confusion to His wife who did use the Gift certificate and received the estimated dollar amountAt this moment my understanding is that the Original Purchaser of the gift Certificate has contacted her brother,Mr ***, and hopefully explained the Problem regarding the CertificateHope this explains this ProblemOur Sincere Apologies to Mr *** and His wife for any Confusion. *** ***Kamp KampGreenville Maine
