Aaron Ach is the property manager. He is very poor at his job. We have had numerous issues with the apartment. When Aaron was called nothing was done until code enforcement was involved. Then there was no hot water in the apartment for over a month. He also is trying to sue people because he is mad code enforcement was called. Would not recommend aa properties or to rent from Aaron Ach.
