Kamaras Tree & Mulch

Review: On November 6th Kamaras was hired by my neighbor to trim a tree in front of her home and cut a tree down in her backyard. She said that she specifically showed him which tree she wanted cut down. After he trimmed her tree he went into my backyard and cut down my weeping white birch serpentine tree. On November 23rd is when I noticed my tree was missing and confronted my neighbor, she immediately called [redacted] and left a voice message. He never returned her call. When I finally spoke to [redacted] on November 25th he said that he would give me $150 because he said he saw the tree when his worker put it in the back of his truck and that's all it was worth. I explained to him that the tree was very healthy and that I originally paid more for it four years ago. I told him I wanted to get an estimate and I would call him back. On December 1st I spoke with [redacted] and explained to him that I received an estimate for $350. He said he wanted to get an estimate from his nursery and he would call me back. I have not heard from him since and I have left him messages on December 16 and December 19. He is not returning my calls and obviously avoiding me!Desired Settlement: I would like the stump removed and $350 so I can replace the tree.
