Response:

We do commercial real estate and find tenants commercial spaces to do business. We found one location for [redacted] and he was supposed to pay us a commission of $2500 at the lease signing, however he went behind our back directly to the owner and tried to cut us out so he doesn't have to pay a commission. The owner of the location wouldn't rent him the place because he had to pay the commission to get the lease. The owner wanted us to work something out with [redacted] because they like the use of space; therefor we gave [redacted] a discount of $1000 on the commission. It was all done through his attorney, now that he got the space he wants the money back after getting a discount of $1000.

I don't think it has to do anything with behavior what we are talking about is how you were treated and how you treated us back. I don't know what you talking about loosing another deal down the block. we actually closed that deal and the person we made the deal for will be working with us. Because how we treated them and put together the whole deal. as far as making fun of [redacted]; yes you did; not only verbally but you also had sent her threatening text messages making fun of her art, calling her liar you also told her that she's not normal and more. you should send us the remaining $1000.00 that you owe us.
