If I could offer zero stars, I wouldI called to get the master insurance agency's nameI spoke with a man who would not offer his nameHe asked me what association I was calling about then asked if I would call him back because he has "things to do"
He then said, "why don't you stop talking so I can teach you a lessonYou never call the property manager for insurance information" he then rattled off the insurance agency's phone numberThere was absolutely no reason for this man to be so condescending and rudeHe then hung up on me

I called Kalman on 11/17/looking for a property management company
I spoke with a gentleman at 10:04am, who refused to even tell me his name
Ultimately, they were not the right company for me
I just felt the gentleman on the phone could learn some manners and be more customer focused

This management company does not return phones calls, does not respond or acknowledge emails, and offers zero communication between itself and homeownersI've been trying to get animal damage to my roof repaired and get either a run-around or no response at all to my questionsBeware the contact David ***Don't engage this company

I am a homeowner in [redacted] in Lindenhurst, Illinois. Kalman Management is paid a fee to service our community and uphold the covenants of our HOA and they are not fulfilling their fiduciary duty to uphold our HOA covenants in a fair and transparent manner.
