I've tried contacting this Company for over one week via there email address. I've not received any response as to a correct physical address where I can return a item that did not work for us. During all my searching, I've located 2 different address's for this company and truly need the correct address so that I can return the item and receive over $100.00 dollars back into my account. Also what is confusing is that my ONE order had TWO different order numbers on the paper work and or confirmation email. ( *** and *** ) If this company is this lax on their paperwork, how can I be assured that we will receive the promised refund if I do not like the product? I MUST have an address to return the product immediately. This patch was worn for 1.5 days and my daughter became very very ill WITH PAIN for 15 hours, the very thing that is supposed to help eliminate pain. Thank you.

I tried twice to respond to this complaint via the link I was sent. However, received an error message both times. I called the office and was instructed to respond via email.
We have received several communications from ***. We are a very fast growing company and are not able to grow our staff as quickly as we would like to meet our needs. Therefore, it often takes over a day to receive a response via email. However, attached are two emails. The first dated March 2nd is a response giving her our physical address. The second is in response to her request for a return on March 11th. She was given return instructions and an attached return form with out mailing address. I will attach that form to this letter as well.
We do have two addresses: our physical address and our mailing address. This is very common for businesses.
As I mentioned, we have grown very quickly and it looks like our order confirmation email cuts off the first number of our order number, hence the thought that she was given 2 order numbers. We are thankful to be made aware and will get that fixed.
