and received by MarjamThe complainant subsequently cancelled the order stating he had ordered the wrong itemsMarjam, as a courtesy to the complainant, contacted its vendor and requested the vendor to agree to cancel the order and pick up the doors from Marjam's warehouse even though it was a special orderAfter several correspondences between Marjam and its vendor, Marjam was able to get the vendor to agree to cancel the order and pick up the doorsAfter the vendor issued Marjam a credit for the doors, Marjam immediately issued a credit to the complainant on August *This process took time because first the vendor had to agree to ac cept the return of the doors, and then they had to pick them up, inspect them and credit MarjamWe worked as diligently as possible to promptly credit the complainant even though we were not obligated to do soMarjam is always happy to help its customers and values customer loyalty
