Their website was easy to use, their on-line personnel were very helpful, our flights were perfect, our hotels were perfect, the Chunnel ride was fantastic, and all of the tours we booked through Tripmasters were amazing! And, all of this within my designated budget! I booked a trip to Amsterdam and Stockholm, Sweden through Tripmasters and was very satisfied with the service and level of customization that was available. The trip itself went off without a hitch. Hotel selection was great, though I eventually went with the initial recommendations, as were the couple tours booked through them. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have the option to look for prices in Premium Economy as well as the current options of Coach and Business since most airlines offer that class of travel. I look forward to working with them again on my next trip to Europe.
