Well my first impression was that they aren't very organized because they were supposed to send papers to us before my daughters first appointment and we never got it so we had to fill them out when we got thereThey were supposed to follow up with us on the outcome of our child pretest and we haven't heard anything as of yet and that been a month so farI left several messages and they don't return them for at least week so farThere must be some issues going on within the companyI'm starting to have second thoughts on using this place
