KAK Construction / Brian Kelly

This was our experience with KAK CONSTRUCTION and owner BRIAN KELLY.
In March 2016 we hired KAK construction/ Brian Kelly to update our kitchen, install a ceramic tile floor in the foyer and several other small projects. This company did TERRIBLE work.
The kitchen cabinet refinishing looks awful, the wall shelf that They BUILT looks like junk, the wooden pull out pot and pan drawers THEY BUILT for the base cabinets crashed and the foyer tile floor kept coming loose and was repaired 3 times and that's just the part of our complaints. During the projects when we'd point out things we weren't happy with Brian became rude and made excuses as to why it had to be HIS way. After being paid Brian stopped answering calls or texts.
Our only option became filing a wrongful debt case and open a complaint with the Revdex.com.
FINALLY in November 2016 Brian agreed to settle out of court and removed the foyer floor,refund that money and remove the wooden pot and pan drawers THEY BUILT and to installed rev a Shelf brand pull outs that we requested originally.
This was our first experience hiring a contractor and it was a 8 month NIGHTMARE.

Review: Mr. [redacted] was hired to scrape and glaze all windows. He was paid $500 for this work. Mr. [redacted] did not use the proper materials for this job and now it will require additional work to remove the improper materials. Mr. [redacted] did not properly complete this job and the windows now need to be completely scraped and glazed.Desired Settlement: Would like a complete refund of all money paid for this job.
